Road Test Review: Aprilia Tuono V4 1100 Factory vs KTM 1390 Super Duke RR
KTM’s 1390 Super Duke RR is one of the rarest of the super naked breed. Only 350 have been made and it comes lavished with top-notch WP suspension, all the electronics you could ever wish for and swathes of carbon fibre. But how does it compare to one of the kings of the class: Aprilia’s mighty Tuono V4 1100 Factory? To find out, I pitch the two head-to-head with the help of Richard Doyle. Not only does he own this KTM 1390 Super Duke RR, it’s his 147th bike... He’s also had three Aprilia Tuono V4 1100 Factory models along the way, so who better to ask what these machines are actually like to live with? Enjoy.
